I came into real estate the long way. Not through a shortcut, not through a famous mentor on day one. Through reps. Through showing up when it was inconvenient, learning what worked, and cutting away what did not.

Real estate is one of the great vehicles in the American economy. Wealth, tax position, optionality, generational capital. Done well, it builds families. Done poorly, it eats them.

I run KW Realty Living as Operating Principal in Brighton, Michigan. We have built a market center around production, profitability, and people. I am building AcreX with a team that specializes in land, because dirt deserves a real practice. I built Living Title Agency to keep the closing experience and the economics in our ecosystem.

I coach because the brokerage business and the agent business are different sports. Most agents have nobody teaching them how to operate the business inside the business. I had to figure it out the long way. I would rather you did not.
