How long do most agents stay in coaching?+
Live sessions are month to month. Breakthrough 120 is a 120-day commitment. 1:1 engagements are six months minimum because that is when compounding shows up.
Do I need to be at KW Realty Living to work with you?+
No. I coach agents at every brand. If you are at KW Realty Living, you get extra access. If you are somewhere else, the work is exactly the same.
What if I am brand new?+
Live Sessions are the right starting point. Breakthrough 120 expects a baseline of activity, not production. 1:1 is for producers and leaders.
How much does it cost?+
Investment ranges by program and is discussed on the discovery call. The application asks for a comfort range so we never waste either of our time.
Is there a guarantee?+
I guarantee my effort. I cannot guarantee yours. Every coaching client I have ever worked with who did the daily reps got a return on the investment.
Can my team join together?+
Yes. Group coaching for teams is available. Reach out through the contact form for team rates.
Do you teach lead generation tactics specifically?+
Yes. Database, sphere, geographic farm, online lead conversion, and the modern AI-assisted workflows. Tactics serve strategy, not the other way around.
Will I get homework?+
Yes. Reps are not optional. The work between sessions is where the change actually happens.
